(A, B) For bone defects in the weight-bearing region of the hip joint, autologous femoral head was trimmed, and temporary fixation with it as bulk bone was applied using Kirschner wire. (C, D) Since the KT plate is dome-shaped, it is necessary to remove an excess portion of the temporarily fixed bone graft using a slightly smaller reamer. It was also confirmed by fluoroscopy as needed.
