The L’Episcopo procedure. The contracted anterior tissues, such as subscapularis tendon, are released using Sever’s technique. Teres major and LD are detached from their insertions as an osteoperiosteal flap. Combined transfer of the tendons of LD and teres major to the posterolateral aspect of humerus aims to achieve external rotation in obstetric plexus paralysis.
