A 74-years-old woman with femorotibial instability of a primary TKA with two prior prosthesis dislocations (A) and (B). A revision TKA with an RHK prosthesis (Rotax – Groupe Lépine^®) was performed. A recurrent patellar dislocation appears at two months postoperatively (C), requiring further surgery to stabilize the patella: medialization of the anterior tibial tuberosity via osteotomy and medial patello-femoral ligament reconstruction with quadriceps tendon autograft and endo-button fixation through a femoral tunnel (D).
