Open surgery in a patient with a traumatic knee arthrotomy and MLKI. Open cruciate surgery done in a patient with an open knee dislocation, patella tendon rupture and large traumatic arthrotomy. The PCL tunnel is drilled under direct vision with a PCL tunnel aimer.
