Parosteal lipoma: 45-year-old woman with history of left hip “osteochondroma”. Coronal CT image viewed with bone windows (a) and axial CT image with soft tissue windows (b) show a fat-attenuating lesion within the deep soft tissues of the left thigh. The lesion is intimately associated with the underlying iliac bone and an associated irregular, ossific protuberance arising from the iliac bone.
