Angiolipoma: 60-year-old male with history of familial lipomatosis status post multiple previous resections. Now with enlarging right arm masses with sharp, radiating pain in the right arm. Coronal T1W pre- (a) and T1W FS post-contrast (b) images depict a heterogeneous subcutaneous mass of the right forearm which predominately isointense to fat with scattered internal low signal intensity foci. Heterogeneous enhancement is present on post-contrast imaging.
