EMSB and DLSB procedures. For EMSB, a suture is passed through the superficial and deep layers (A) and bridged with lateral anchors (B). For DLSB, the superficial layer is first repaired with medial anchors (C); then, the remaining sutures are passed through the deep layer and bridged with lateral anchors (D).
