(A) Graft fixation: The graft is fixed first with an interference screw. Note tensioning is performed at 30–45°. (B) Double fixation: An endobutton is tied flush with the lateral femoral cortex using the free ends of the ship stitch from the graft. This is considered the critical step, and the button should be tied flush onto cortical bone.
