Minimally invasive technique for harvesting a triple-fold superficial layer of the quadriceps autograft from a right cadaveric knee. (A) A 2-cm vertical incision was made over the superior pole of the lateral one-third of the patella for graft harvesting. (B) Gauze was introduced through the incision at the level of the quadriceps tendon to create a soft tissue tunnel between the tendon and the subcutaneous layer. (C) A surgical pen marker was used to delineate the intended graft width of 8 mm. (D) The 8-mm closed-end tendon harvester was employed to strip the graft.
